The event is being co-ordinated by Lewes-based Circa which has established a reputation
as one of the most creative and exciting brands in the South East.
Head chef Marc Bolger is famous for combining vibrant flavours from different cuisines
to create an innovative 'world-on-a-plate' fine-dining experience. Only the best
quality, local, seasonal ingredients are used to create unique meals that linger
in the mind long after titillating the palate.
You will be greeted on arrival with a glass of crisp champagne followed by a stunning
3-course meal with quality wine. There will also be a full bar available throughout
the evening.
